    How do I book an event?

    To reserve your date, simply fill out the contact form or reach out directly. A signed agreement and 50% deposit retainer are required to secure your event on my calendar.

    What’s included in the package?

    All packages include photography coverage, professional editing (color correction, exposure, and cropping), and high-resolution digital images delivered via an online gallery.

    Do you offer video?
    No—my focus is on capturing still photography with precision and purpose.

    Can you travel?
    Absolutely. Travel fees apply for locations outside the Springfield, MO area.

    Can I post the photos on social media?

    Absolutely! I encourage you to share your images. Please tag @randyhannermedia when possible. Commercial or promotional use beyond personal sharing may require additional licensing.

    Do you offer prints or albums?

    At this time, I focus solely on digital delivery.

    What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

    Your retainer is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are subject to the full balance.

    Do you work with churches, schools, or nonprofits?

    Yes. I’ve worked extensively with universities, youth ministries, and large-scale church events. If you’re part of a non-profit, reach out—I’m happy to discuss custom coverage options.
